Who can see my documents?
Our verification team reviews them to confirm your details, and access is logged. Landlords never see your raw documents — only your trust tier and the lawful facts you share.
How does the trust tier work?
You earn it as documents are verified: ID → Verified, income → Certified, references + credit → Prime. See how verification works.
What is the renter pool?
If you’re not selected for a home, you can stay visible to other landlords who then send you offers. You control how long and can leave anytime.
How do rent payments work?
You pay through the app and the money goes straight to your landlord via a licensed payment gateway. LeasePass never holds your money.
