Using LeasePass

You must provide accurate information and only upload documents that are genuinely yours. Falsified documents result in removal and may be reported.

Renters

You control your profile and who can see it. Sharing your application with a landlord is your choice; you may withdraw from the pool or delete your profile anytime.

Landlords & agents

You may only use applicant information for a genuine letting decision, on lawful criteria. Discrimination on protected characteristics is prohibited. Listings must be real and accurate.

Verification

Trust tiers reflect documents verified at a point in time. LeasePass facilitates verification but does not guarantee any party’s conduct; decisions to rent remain yours.

Payments

Rent is paid through a licensed gateway directly to the landlord. LeasePass charges service fees as disclosed and never holds tenant funds.

Liability

LeasePass connects renters and landlords and keeps records; it is not a party to any tenancy agreement between them.
