Every renter earns a trust tier from documents our team has verified — not just uploaded. Landlords see the tier at a glance and can trust it without ever seeing your private paperwork.
Document checks & fraud detection
Uploaded documents are screened for tampering — edited PDFs, altered figures, reused templates — by a combination of file forensics and AI inspection. The result routes each document: clean ones are verified quickly, anything doubtful goes to a person.
A human is behind every decision
AI does the reading and flags concerns. It never rejects anyone on its own — every rejection is made by a person, with a reason. That protects honest renters from false rejections and keeps the badge credible.
Credit checks
LeasePass does not pull your credit. You share a report you obtain yourself, and only the report you choose to attach is stored — encrypted. We never hold raw credit data.
