Every renter earns a trust tier from documents our team has verified, not just uploaded. Landlords see the tier at a glance and can trust it without ever seeing your private paperwork.

New profile. Details entered, documents not yet verified.

Verified

Identity confirmed. Two verified forms of ID.

Certified ✓

Income confirmed. Two verified IDs plus a verified job letter and a payslip (or a bank statement, if self-employed). More than one job? Add a job letter and payslip for each. Your qualifying budget is set from real documents.

Document checks & fraud detection

Uploaded documents are screened for tampering: edited PDFs, altered figures and reused templates are caught by a mix of file forensics and AI inspection. The result routes each document: clean ones are verified quickly, and anything doubtful goes to a person.

A human is behind every decision

AI does the reading and flags concerns. It never rejects anyone on its own. Every rejection is made by a person, with a reason. That protects honest renters from false rejections and keeps the badge credible.

Proof of address

A recent utility bill or bank letter confirms where you live. Like every document, it is stored encrypted and only shared with a landlord when you choose.
